What Loop EchoLogy Is
A six-month coaching container. Twice-monthly sessions. The work between sessions is yours — supported by the EchoSystem we build together.
The outcome is not a workbook full of insights. It's a personal architecture you carry forward without me.
What's Included
- Twelve coaching sessions over six months — typically twice-monthly, scheduled around your life
- Your evolving EchoSystem document — a Notion-based artifact that becomes the operating shape of your work, yours to keep and update for the rest of your life
- Between-session access — voice notes, written check-ins, and asynchronous support when something surfaces between conversations
- The full architecture — EchoPlay, EchoWork, Loop EchoLogy, EchoQuestions, EchoVoices, all built around your specific life
- Founding cohort access — a seat at the table while the EchoSystem tool itself is being shaped (Founding Five only)
Founding Cohort Pricing
[PRICING TBD — to be locked before this page goes live]
The first five clients are Founding Five — not customers, but collaborators. The pricing reflects that. It is materially below what the standard cohort will pay once the Founding Five is closed.
Founding cohort pricing is offered once. When the cohort closes, the rate moves to standard.
Founding Five rate: [$ TBD]
Standard cohort rate (after Founding Five closes): [$ TBD]
Payment plans available. We discuss specifics in the conversation.
The Optional Biometric Upgrade
For people who want it, Loop EchoLogy can be deepened with objective biometric data — Oura Ring for sleep, HRV, daily readiness, and stress; continuous glucose monitoring for the relationship between food, energy, and capacity; other tools as they fit.
Why this matters when it's right: most people manage their lives by feel. "I think I slept okay. I think that meal sat fine. I think I'm not too stressed." The most sophisticated obstacle to aliveness is the story the mind tells itself about how the body is doing. The biometrics tell you what's actually happening.
This is an upgrade, not a requirement. People who add it bring their own equipment (Oura Ring, CGM, etc.) and we work with the data alongside the loop work. The upgrade adds a small additional fee for the integration time and the continued data review across our six months together.
Biometric upgrade fee: [$ TBD] — added to the base Loop EchoLogy investment
The loops are the foundation. The biometrics are an optional sharpening tool for those who want them.
What Happens in the Conversation
The free 30-minute conversation is not a sales call. It's a fit conversation.
In it, we discuss:
- What you're actually carrying right now
- Whether Loop EchoLogy is the right shape for it
- The investment — financial, time, energy
- Whether the timing is right
- What the next step would be, if there is one
If we're a fit, you leave with a clear path forward. If we're not, you leave with a clearer recognition of what you're actually wrestling with — and that, on its own, is worth the half hour.
Refunds, Pauses, and Honest Adjustments
[T&Cs TBD — to be drafted by Gary, possibly with legal review]
Real life happens during a six-month container. People get sick. Lose jobs. Have babies. Have grief. Have moments of "I actually need to stop for a while." The structure needs to be honest about that without becoming a refund-mill.
Working principles to translate into formal T&Cs:
- A reasonable cancellation window after the first session — if it's clearly not a fit after one real session, no one should be locked in
- Pause provisions for genuine life disruption (illness, family emergency, etc.) — the container can pause and resume rather than canceling outright
- Clear language about what happens to the EchoSystem document if the container ends early — it remains yours either way
- Confidentiality — mutual, named explicitly
- Limits of coaching — explicit acknowledgment that this is coaching, not therapy, not medical, not legal advice; client retains responsibility for those domains
- Founding Five-specific clause — the collaborator role and what "input on the tool" actually means and doesn't mean (e.g., not work-for-hire, no IP claim on the methodology)
